Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage management and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department.
- Develop and implement menus in collaboration with chefs and kitchen staff.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote food and beverage offerings.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- 4-12 years of experience in food and beverage management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control systems.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
