Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all Food & Beverage operations across outlets

Plan, organize, and control F&B budgets, costs, and profitability

Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service

Develop and update menus in coordination with chefs and culinary teams

Monitor food cost, beverage cost, wastage, and inventory control

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI regulations

Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff and supervisors

Maintain excellent guest satisfaction and service standards

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery

Coordinate with kitchen, service, purchase, and finance departments

Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service guidelines

Plan promotions, events, banquets, and special dining experiences

Negotiate with vendors and manage supplier relationships

Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS and operational reports

Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of F&B outlets and equipment
