Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in New Delhi. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, manage customer service, coordinate staff training, and monitor budgeting. Responsibilities also include ensuring the quality of food service, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and handling inventory management. The role requires close collaboration with the catering team to ensure exceptional service delivery at various events.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
  • Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to train staff effectively
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and manage demanding schedules
  • Experience in the catering or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field is preferred

Key Role:The F&B Manager oversees culinary teams and ensures operational excellence across the food and beverage experience for every event.Responsibilities:1.Lead menu planning with chefs, ensuring innovation and luxury in culinary presentation.2.Coordinate tasting sessions with clients and chefs.3. Manage food procurement, vendor quality, and inventory systems.4. Monitor kitchen operations, hygiene, food safety, and compliance with international standards.5. Train F&B staff in plating, service etiquette, and guest interaction.6. Collaborate with mixologists for premium beverage pairings.7. Maintain costing standards while preserving quality and exclusivity.Vision and Mission Alignment:Culinary brilliance is at the heart of our promise. You ensure each guest is left with a memorable, flavor-rich experience.Key Performance Indicators:Client feedback on food quality and presentation.Operational cost efficiency and wastage control.Food safety audit and kitchen compliance score.Innovation in food and beverage offerings.Required Experience & Qualities:Minimum 710 years in F&B operations, with at least 3 years in luxury hotels, fine dining, or premium catering.Deep knowledge of global cuisines, premium ingredients, beverage pairing, and food presentation.Strong leadership and kitchen-floor management skills.Understanding of food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and cost control.Experience managing culinary logistics for high-volume or high-profile events.Ability to mentor culinary staff and foster innovation while maintaining consistency.
