Summary

Position Summary

we are seeking a motivated, service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to support daily restaurant and outlet operations while helping deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsbilties

  • Supervise daily operations of assigned food and beverage outlet(s), ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead and support colleagues during meal periods, shifts, and special events.
  • Ensure all guests are greeted and served in a professional, warm, and timely manner.
  • Monitor service standards, food presentation, cleanliness, and overall outlet appearance.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift accountability.
  • Partner with culinary and service teams to ensure effective communication and seamless execution.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Train, coach, and motivate colleagues to maintain Hyatt and outlet service standards.
  • Support scheduling, side work completion, inventory controls, and labor productivity goals.
  • Enforce sanitation, safety, and alcohol service standards in accordance with company policy and local regulations.
  • Assist management with colleague development, performance feedback, and daily shift leadership.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of menus, beverages, promotions, and hotel offerings.
  • Help foster a positive, team-oriented work environment aligned with Hyatt values.

Qualifications

Previous food and beverage experience required supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

. Restaurant, bar, hotel dining, or upscale service experience strongly preferred.

. Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.

. Ability to lead by example and remain calm and effective in a high-volume environment.

. Knowledge of service standards, food safety, and responsible alcohol service practices.

. Basic computer skills and point-of-sale system experience preferred.

. Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

. High school diploma or equivalent required college coursework in hospitality or related field preferred.

. High attention to detail and operational consistency.

. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.

. Ability to lift and carry up to moderate weight.
