Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in West Delhi. The FMCG Sales role involves performing sales activities for Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales operations, and delivering training to sales staff. The role also includes developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales activities and Sales Management
• Experience in Training sales staff
• Good interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
