Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve primary and secondary sales targets for FMCG products.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure product availability and visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.
  • Plan and oversee product launches, promotions, and trade marketing activities in coordination with marketing teams.
  • Track and analyze sales data, preparing regular reports for management on performance and growth opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team and distributors to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, credit limits, and operational guidelines in all sales operations.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
