Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Domain Expert in the FMCG Confectionery (Chocolate) industry with a deep understanding of operations excellence, manufacturing productivity improvement, and Lean implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing operations and implementing Lean methodologies to drive efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies for improving manufacturing productivity in the chocolate production sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations and reduce inefficiencies.
- Provide expert guidance on process enhancements and implement best practices to enhance quality and performance.
Requirements:
