Floor Supervisor

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing workshop operations, managing service and maintenance activities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role includes supervising technicians, coordinating workflow, and addressing customer concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day service and maintenance operations in the workshop.
• Guide and monitor technicians to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure effective resolution.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate workflow and allocate resources to optimize service efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and workshop procedures.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in the automobile industry.
• Good communication skills for handling customer interactions.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications is preferred.
