We are seeking a full-time Flipkart Manager (Ecom) to join our team, working on-site in Pune Division. The role revolves around managing and optimizing UrbanGabru's presence on Flipkart, including overseeing product listings, managing inventory, and analyzing sales data to enhance performance. The manager will develop promotional strategies, coordinate campaigns, and ensure alignment with Flipkart's policies. Collaboration with internal teams, monitoring market trends, and providing actionable insights are essential components of this position.

• Experience with managing e-commerce platforms, including knowledge of Flipkart tools and systems.
• Skills in inventory management, data analysis, and sales performance optimization.
• Strategic thinking for developing and executing promotional campaigns.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with various internal teams.
• Ability to monitor market trends and analyze competitor performance for strategic planning.
• Experience in the fashion, grooming, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
