Primary responsibility for this role is to handle the service delivery of HVAC (York) chillers to customers.
Attending to breakdown complaints preventive maintenance of York chillers/ Johnson Controls product must have good technical skills
Creating good relationship with customer and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. Generating LM business, timely completion of all the activities as per the contract scope of work. Ensuring timely billing collection of all AR. Attending to all customers query as per agreed SLA. Familiarity with the York Chillers products would be an added advantage.
Preferred
Candidate must have minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in chillers service.
Preferable having experience in handling of York chillers.
Previous experience in handling Data Center customers is preferred.
Good knowledge in trouble shooting and commissioning of chillers.
