Key Responsibilities:

Technical Analysis: Assess customer requirements and provide solutions for complex technical issues.

Guidance & Mentorship: Support and mentor junior engineers within the team.
Research & Improvement: Explore new technologies and recommend process improvements.
Project Planning: Prepare proposals, estimate costs, schedule resources, and evaluate project outcomes.
Compliance: Ensure systems and processes adhere to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Production Support: Monitor and support FIS Quantum/Echos systems, handle incidents, and ensure smooth operations.
