Fire & Safety Manager (Urgent Hiring – Gurgaon)

Ensure proper functioning, inspection, and maintenance of all fire safety, fire detection, and fire fighting systems

• Supervise fire safety maintenance activities across the facility

• Inspect buildings for compliance with fire safety laws and regulations

• Investigate fire incidents and support arson-related assessments if required

• Issue work permits, hot work permits, and other safety permits after site inspection

• Define emergency response roles and conduct mock drills regularly

• Conduct fire safety training for security, maintenance, and operational teams

• Educate occupants on fire safety awareness and emergency procedures

• Implement SOPs for all fire safety equipment and systems

• Coordinate with local fire authorities and emergency response agencies

• Conduct quarterly evacuation drills and annual mock drills for clients

• Liaise with government bodies for statutory approvals and NOCs

• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies such as Fire Department, Electrical Inspector, PCB, etc.

• Monitor hazard identification and risk mitigation practices across the site

• Maintain documentation and compliance records for audits
