Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Value Realization
- Define, implement, and track ROI metrics for AI initiatives to ensure measurable business impact.
- Align AI use cases with organizational goals and customer experience strategies.
- Drive adoption of AI solutions across business functions.
AI Consulting & Advisory
- Act as an internal consultant to process owners, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on AI use case identification, technology selection, development approaches, and best practices.
- Support requirement definition and solution design for AI initiatives.
Product Ownership
- Serve as Product Owner for AI use cases, managing end-to-end lifecycle including requirements, development, testing, launch, and adoption.
- Ensure continuous improvement and optimization of deployed AI solutions.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with IT, Technology & Innovation teams, external partners, and subcontractors.
- Ensure seamless execution of AI initiatives across multiple technical and business domains.
- Manage dependencies and stakeholder expectations across teams.
Innovation & Technology Leadership
- Collaborate with enterprise technology leaders to define and execute AI strategy.
- Lead innovation initiatives and promote AI-driven transformation within the organization.
- Evaluate and leverage low-code/no-code platforms for faster AI solution delivery.
Continuous Improvement & Delivery
- Drive continuous improvement of AI solutions and processes.
- Promote Agile methodologies and best practices in AI development and deployment.
- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and sustainable AI solution delivery.
