Finishing Manager @ Hubli.

• Lead and manage the finishing department of one of the largest apparel manufacturing units in Hubli 
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all finishing processes including trimming, pressing, folding, tagging, packing, and final inspection 
• Maintain high standards of product presentation, quality, and packaging as per buyer specifications 
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve finishing-related issues and delays 
• Develop and implement systems to ensure adherence to production timelines and minimize reworks 
• Monitor finishing performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvements 
• Manage manpower allocation and workforce planning for the finishing section 
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and organizational policies 
• Coordinate with merchandising, production planning, and dispatch teams for timely shipments 
• Train, guide, and supervise a large team of finishing staff to ensure operational excellence 

Candidate Requirements
