Job Description

Manage and lead the quality assurance department for one of the largest apparel manufacturing facilities
Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems to ensure product standards meet company and customer expectations
Oversee inspections at every stage of the production process to identify and address quality issues
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans
Ensure compliance with all quality regulations, certifications, and audit standards
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and design to address and resolve quality concerns
Train, mentor, and lead a team of quality inspectors and executives to maintain quality benchmarks
Manage internal and external audits and ensure preparedness for client inspections
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes and systems
Analyze data and trends to proactively identify risks and implement solutions
