Job Description

Prepare and manage project-wise budgets, forecasts for HAM/Toll road projects.
Assist in preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS / IFRS / local GAAP
Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
Prepare and maintain working papers, schedules, and reconciliations to support reported numbers
Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for timely completion of audits
Assist in preparing board decks, investor reports, and financial presentations
Support in implementation and documentation of accounting policies and controls
Ensure timely and accurate booking of journal entries in ERP / accounting software
Monitor compliance with regulatory filings (ROC, SEBI, RBI, etc. – as applicable)
Liaise with business teams to gather financial inputs and validate reporting data
Assist in automation and process improvement projects within the finance function
Track intercompany transactions, provisions, and adjustments for group-level reporting
