Role: Assistant Manager/ Manager-F&A (Financial Planning& Analysis)
Function: Finance and Account Reporting to: Director (FPCA) Location: Gurgaon
Roles
- Strong hands on Annual financial planning,5 year planning, budgeting, forecasting PCL.
- Monitor targets /budgets on actual vs budgeted and suggest course corrections (Variance analysis)
- Preparation of various Decks to be presented to top management, investors and lenders.
- Preparation of various analyses as and when required by the management.
- Analyze the financial performance of other players / competitors in the industry, understand the standard business practices and benchmarking with our company for improved businessprocesses / practices C financial performance
- Support in Identifying Cost savings ideas, tapping revenue leakages and controlling cost wastages - Knowledge of ECL workingsas per applicable INDAS
- Preparing/ Reviewing the data as and when asked by different lenders What you would possess already:- Experience and proven excellence in FPCA.
- Experience in Business benchmarking, Financial Benchmarking, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance analysis, Trend analysis, Simulation, MIS and other FPCA Activities and Business / Financial Models
- Must have knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint.
Minimum Qualifications:
- CA with specific experience in NBFC.
- 2 yrs+ in Financial Planning &Analysis role.
