- Prepare, maintain, and analyse MIS reports to surface trends, variances, and actionable insights.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support business decision-making.
- Consolidate financial and operational data to ensure accurate, timely reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards and KPI visualisations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Partner with business units to gather inputs, validate data, and track KPIs with improvement recommendations.
- Streamline and automate MIS reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and drive continuous improvement of MIS system design and functionality.
Experience & Skills
- MBA-Finance/CA with 3-5 years of experience in FP&A
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modelling.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and collaboration skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering insights to stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
