Role - Finance Controller – JNPT Project (Navi Mumbai)

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Finance Controller to lead the finance function for a large-scale, technology-enabled Empty Container Yard (ECY) project at JNPT. This is a high-impact leadership role offering the opportunity to build and scale a future-ready, digitally enabled finance function within a professionally managed and institutional setup.

Role Highlights -

Lead finance for a greenfield, technology-driven logistics project.

Partner closely with BU CEO and Group CFO

Build and manage a high-performing finance team

Drive automation, analytics, and AI-led finance transformation

What You Will Deliver (First 12 Months)

Best-in-class MIS and dashboards with real-time business visibility

Strong working capital and cash flow management framework

Zero non-compliance across statutory, tax, and audit requirements

Implementation of automation / AI-driven reporting efficiencies

Tangible cost optimization initiatives across operations

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end financial management, governance, and controls

Drive performance reporting, MIS, and business insights

Manage banking, treasury, and funding relationships

Partner with leadership on strategy, pricing, and capex decisions

Ensure full compliance, audit readiness, and risk management

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives

Champion digital transformation, automation, and AI adoption in finance

What We're Looking For

Strong financial and commercial acumen

Proven experience in MIS, analytics, and business partnering

Exposure to banking, treasury, and structured finance environments

Ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders

Experience or interest in digital tools, automation, and AI in finance
