CTC: Up to 35 LPA

Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our organization as a Financial Controller. The role will be responsible for the overall management of the Finance and Accounts department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for leadership review.

Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings.

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

Strengthen internal controls and financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders.

Support management with financial insights for strategic decision-making.

Supervise and guide the finance and accounts team.

Assist in cost control initiatives and monitor expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.

Experience in financial reporting, MIS, and budgeting.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

Up to 7 years of post-qualification experience.

Experience in managing complete finance and accounts functions.

Prior experience in a similar Financial Controller or senior finance role will be an advantage.
