Role Purpose
Lead financial planning, reporting, compliance, and control functions to ensure financial integrity, operational efficiency, and profitability across retail operations, with strong ownership of book closure and internal & external audits.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
· Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
· Monitor profitability, cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization.
· Strengthen financial controls, governance, and statutory compliance.
· Manage audits, taxation, GST, and regulatory requirements.
· Partner with business leaders on financial performance and strategic decisions.
· Oversee inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and retail financial controls.
· Lead and develop the finance team, driving process excellence.

Qualification
· CA – Mandatory.

Experience
10–18 years post-qualification experience in Retail, Furniture, Consumer Durables, Home Improvement, FMCG, or Large Format Retail, including at least 5 years as Financial Controller or in a Finance Leadership role. ERP, financial reporting, and retail operations experience are essential.
