Financial Controller

Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant or similar qualifications with 7 to 10 years of experience in Financial Controlling / Business Performance Controlling / Financial Process Controlling / Record to report profiles / Profit & loss and Balance Sheet Analysis.

Key priorities for the role are as follows:

Act as a Governance & Implementation SPOC for all new IFRS and Internal Guidelines & Policies and ensure timely review and updation of existing guidelines

To execute effective mechanism for review and and analysis of various Balance Sheet Accounts such as Fixed Assets, Unbilled Costs, Inventory, Accruals etc

To function as a KEY SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all audit topics related to Balance Sheet Accounts

To be a key participant in digitalisation / automation of current manual / excel based processes

To ensure timely monthly closing entries including entries related to Accruals, Guideline Based Provisions

To identify trigger / causes for various open items and work on reducing the same along with concerned teams

To conduct Fixed Asset and Inventory physical verification as required by Internal Controls

To design and implement effective policies and practices for identification of probable risks and claims in all areas of business operations

To provide monthly NCE Commentary to Management

Must be hands on with SAP

Preferably from Manufacturing / Sales background
