About the role:

We're looking for a senior finance leader to build and run a scalable finance function for a high-growth organization. This role reports to the COO and owns finance execution end-to-end.

What you'll own:

• Design and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
• Deliver monthly MIS, variance analysis, and cashflow forecasts.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, pricing, and investor due diligence.
• P&L ownership and monthly closures
• Budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A
• Board decks and leadership reporting
• Cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
• Cost optimization and vendor negotiations
• Statutory compliance and risk management of all entities
• Audits, inspections, and due diligence
• Finance team leadership and performance

What we're looking for:

• Chartered Accountant with 815 years experience
• Proven leadership in high-growth or startup environments
• Track record in cost transformation and capital planning
• Ability to scale teams and processes
