As a Financial Controller, you role will require the candidate to handle end to end finance, accounting and reporting matters including working with stakeholders, internal functions, shareholder representatives, ERP implementation etc.

Description
- Manage the preparation and presentation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls and compliance procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow and optimize financial performance of the organization.
- Lead the annual audit process and liaise with auditors as required.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting and finance team.
Profile
- Must be a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 12 years of Industry with experience in the Finance and Accounting function OR must have worked at Big 4 audit firms (in their audit discipline).
- Strong preference for experience in working in a global environment as part of a multinational company.
- Experience in data centers/telecommunications/real estate or digital infrastructure sectors and worked along in development and construction projects is preferred.
- Experience in project finance and raising third‐party debt is an added advantage.
- Strong core financial reporting skills covering consolidation, financial reporting, management reporting, ICFR and FP&A.
- Must have experience in working with established ERP systems like SAP, Oracle etc. Being part of an ERP implementation team is beneficial.
