This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Analyst, based in Chennai. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, creating financial plans, forecasting, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. Key responsibilities include developing strategic financial models, assessing performance metrics, and producing detailed financial summaries to support critical business decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize financial strategies and drive business success is a core aspect of this role.

• Strong Financial Planning and Financial Statements knowledge
• Proficient in Analytical Skills for interpreting data and strategic decision-making
• Experience with Financial Reporting and producing accurate financial documentation
• Comprehensive understanding of Finance and its application to business growth
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus
• Experience in a similar role and familiarity with industry-specific financial practices is advantageous
