Role Overview
We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support business decision-making through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. The role will work closely with leadership, operations, and business teams to ensure strong financial control and data-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, cash flow, variance analysis)
- Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and profitability across business lines
- Track KPIs and business performance metrics
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
- Monitor budget vs actuals and highlight risks/opportunities
- Support scenario planning and financial modeling
Business & Strategic Support
- Provide insights for pricing, client profitability, and cost optimization
- Support leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and dashboards
- Work with business teams to evaluate new initiatives and investments
Controls & Compliance
- Ensure financial processes follow internal controls and policies
- Support audits and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with accounting and external consultants if required
Data & Systems
- Maintain financial models and MIS reports
- Work with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, ERP, BI dashboards
- Improve automation and reporting efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- CA (Inter / Final), MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification
Experience
- 25 years in finance analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
- Experience in media, digital marketing, SaaS, or service-based companies preferred
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, models)
- Financial modeling and forecasting
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Exposure to Power BI / Tableau is a plus

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication with non-finance stakeholders
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
