Role: Financial Analyst

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Financial Analyst to support Joveo's financial planning,

reporting, and decision-making processes. You will build models, track

performance, and deliver the analysis that helps leadership allocate

resources and navigate growth with clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis

- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analyses

- Support FP&A cycles including annual planning and rolling forecast processes

- Analyze business performance metrics and identify trends requiring attention

- Collaborate with business teams to gather inputs and validate financial assumptions

- Assist in investor reporting, board materials, and ad hoc financial analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills in Excel or Google Sheets

- Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting

- Proficiency with financial systems and BI tools for reporting

- Solid understanding of financial statements — P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large, complex datasets

- Clear communication skills for presenting financial findings to non-finance stakeholders
