Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Finance Specialist — Microsoft Office to work on a contractor basis. This role involves applying advanced finance analysis skills to evaluate and annotate various financial scenarios and data sets, with the goal of training next-generation AI systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial reporting, data validation, and process improvement, and will be able to leverage Google Workspace tools to create and enhance financial documentation. This opportunity is unique in that it allows the candidate to contribute to the development of AI models in the finance industry, working with a global leader in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply advanced finance analysis skills to evaluate and annotate various financial scenarios and data sets, using expertise in financial reporting and data validation.

• Review, edit, and generate financial reports drawing on real-world experience with financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Leverage Google Workspace tools, including Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Slides, to create, validate, and enhance financial documentation and training data.

• Audit and improve financial processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate remotely with other team members, using written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective teamwork and problem-solving.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced finance analysis skills, with experience in financial reporting, data validation, and process improvement.

• Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a Google Workspace environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and communicate complex financial concepts.

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
