We are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to support our global transfer pricing compliance and documentation efforts. This role involves collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial and operational data to ensure accurate recording of intercompany transactions in alignment with local and international tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial systems and accounting principles, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Extract, process, and analyze financial data from SAP FI.
Validate and map cost and revenue elements from SAP COPA to relevant characteristics (e.g., product, customer, region).
Design, test, and implement Alteryx (automation tool) workflows and macros to automate data processes.
Review and optimize existing financial workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
1-3 years in Controlling (CO) and/or Financial (FI) processes, preferably with hands-on experience in SAP.
Functional understanding of Finance and Controlling reports in SAP, especially S/4HANA.
Good grasp of accounting principles and related flows within SAP environments.
Familiarity with advanced S/4HANA components such as Core Data Services (CDS) views and ABAP-Managed Database Procedures (AMDP).
Experience with tools like Power BI or similar platforms for building financial models and dashboards.
Understanding of global transfer pricing principles or international tax frameworks.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data manipulation techniques.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
Results-driven approach with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Understanding of automation tools like Alteryx etc.
