Currently, we seek a Financial Analyst responsible for analyzing and reporting financial data to executives to enhance program performance visibility. This role involves contributing to various projects, conducting ad-hoc analyses, and providing timely information and support for strategic decision-making.

As a Financial Analyst, You Will

• Gather and organize extensive datasets from diverse sources
• Uncover patterns and trends in data to guide business decisions
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems for accuracy and efficiency
• Generate reports and visualizations to convey findings and insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making
• Continuously monitor and evaluate data for areas of improvement or optimization
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in financial analysis techniques

As a Financial Analyst, You Have

• A bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance (preferred)
• 2–3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role, preferably in a contact center environment
• Proven experience in financial analysis and data management
• Strong proficiency in Excel and G-Suite applications (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Google Studio)
• Power Query skills and ability to fine-tune data queries
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from complex datasets
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings clearly and concisely
• Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in analysis and reporting
• Experience working with large datasets and databases
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Excel and Google Studio
• A solid understanding of business operations and aligning analysis with business goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
• A commitment to continuous learning and upskilling in financial tools and techniques
