- Board Presentations: Prepare and review Board Presentations for Quarterly/Year-End financial results at Meesho. Ensure all data presented is precise and aligns with the company's financial objectives.
- Capex Analysis: Develop detailed Capex presentations, comparing them with approved budgets. Provide insights on capital expenditure, highlighting deviations and proposing solutions.
- Earnings Reports: Collaborate with investor relations agencies to finalize earnings presentations for Meesho. Ensure these reports clearly reflect the company's financial performance and strategy.
- Long-Term Projections: Analyze annual projections for the next 10 years, including division-wise balance sheets, cash flow, and ratio analysis. Support strategic financial planning with accurate projections.
- Financial Modeling: Create and evaluate financial models for new projects, including calculating payback periods and internal rates of return. Assess financial viability to support investment decisions.
- Strategic Analysis: Handle various business strategies and M&A activities. Analyze business valuations and strategic fit to support decision-making processes.
- Budget Management: Finalize and analyze division-wise detailed Budgeted Finance Costs. Ensure budgets align with Meesho's financial goals and operational needs.
- Corporate Reporting: Coordinate with agencies for corporate presentations and the Annual Report. Ensure all presentations and reports are accurate and professionally prepared.
- CMA Reports: Prepare CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) reports for financial monitoring. Assist in managing credit risks and financial operations.
- Investor Communication: Develop FAQs for investor conference calls and review transcripts of investor meetings. Ensure clear communication and address investor queries effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. A strong academic background in finance is essential for this role at Meesho.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or related fields. Prior experience in similar roles is preferred.
