Reports to:Senior Finance Manager

Role Overview:-

The role involves assisting senior finance leadership across multiple core finance functions, including Accounts Finalization, Audit, Taxation, and MIS (Management Information System). The candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, data analysis, and supporting organizational financial operations while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and assist in Accounts Finalization and preparation of financial statements.
• Handle and coordinate Audit-related activities, including internal and statutory audits.
• Manage Taxation compliance, including GST, TDS, direct and indirect tax-related activities.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports to support business and financial decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy in financial data, reconciliations, and reporting processes.
• Work closely with senior management to provide finance-related insights and operational support.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Utilize MS Excel effectively for reporting, analysis, and data management.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth finance operations.

Key Requirements

• Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience: 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in finance/accounting roles.
• Hands-on exposure and practical understanding of Accounts Finalization, Audit, Taxation, and MIS.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (Mandatory).
• Candidates from any Mfg. industry background can be considered.
• Preference for candidates with stable employment history (minimum average tenure of 2 years in previous roles).
