Finance Manager / Senior Manager - BFSI / Fintech
A fast-growing fintech organization is looking for a highly driven Finance Manager / Senior Manager to join their core finance team in an Individual Contributor capacity.
Location: Noida
Experience: 4-7 Years
Industry Preference: BFSI / Fintech / NBFC
Key Responsibilities:
. End-to-end financial accounting and reporting
. MIS preparation, financial analysis, and reconciliations
. Month-end and quarter-end closures
. GST, TDS, and statutory compliance management
. Cash flow, working capital, and fund planning
. Audit coordination and financial controls
. Loan lifecycle accounting, disbursements, and collections tracking
. Process improvement and finance automation initiatives
What We're Looking For:
. Strong experience in BFSI / Fintech / NBFC environments
. Hands-on execution and strong ownership mindset
. Strong accounting, MIS, and compliance expertise
. Advanced Excel and financial reporting capabilities
. Ability to independently manage finance operations
. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving approach
