Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include managing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and optimizing financial processes. The role involves continuous monitoring of budgets, compliance with regulatory financial requirements, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Additionally, the Finance Manager will provide insights to senior management for strategic financial decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and data interpretation.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations, tax laws, and financial auditing.
- Experience in team management and leadership within financial operations.
- Knowledge of modern financial tools, software, and advanced Excel usage.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications like CPA, CA, or CFA are advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
