This position will be responsible for overall Finance and Accounts function.
Duties include:
1) Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, treasury, financial and management accounting, etc.
2) Analyses revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
3) Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
4) Oversee the financial health of the organization.
5) Administration of all departmental activities, internal controls, policies, and practices.
6) Forecasting financial results
7) Preparation of annual budgets and time to time budget forecast
8) Recommending cost reduction strategies
9) Maintain an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents per compliance requirement.
10) Assists management to make financial decisions.
11) Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.
12) Statutory and Compliance returns and documentation.
13) Local tax filing, Transfer pricing filing and coordination with HQ.
14) Inter-department co-ordination to complete the tasks intime.
15) Preparing reports to HQ on time and cooperations with HQ for finance matters.
16) Monthly and Yearly closing MIS reports.
17) Close coordination with auditors to ensure timely completion of statutory audit, internal audit, cost audit, etc.
