Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive with strong Excel skills and hands-on experience in order processing via Uniware and Shopify. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, accurate inventory tracking, and efficient backend coordination.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced D2C environment and understands the nuances of apparel or fashion-led categories. You will be reporting directly to the E-Commerce & Marketplace Head.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage daily orders through Uniware and Shopify platforms
- Monitor order flow, confirmations, and shipment status across channels
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams for timely dispatch and issue resolution
- Maintain and update inventory records across all e-commerce platforms
- Ensure stock accuracy and real-time inventory synchronization
- Generate and analyze reports using Excel (orders, sales, returns, inventory)
- Track and manage returns, cancellations, RTOs, and refunds efficiently
- Ensure proper SKU mapping, catalog hygiene, and backend accuracy
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies in orders, inventory, or system sync
- Assist in demand planning and stock allocation across channels
- Support marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) including listings and performance tracking
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, basic data analysis)
- Hands-on experience with Uniware OMS
- Experience working on Shopify backend
- Understanding of inventory management and order lifecycle
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high-volume order environments without errors
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce operations
- Prior experience in apparel, kidswear, fashion, or sunglasses categories preferred
- Familiarity with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra is a plus
