Job Summary
The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer II will design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath. This role will automate complex business processes and will require a deep understanding of UiPath's suite of tools, including Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot. Additionally this role will collaborate closely with business analysts and other technical teams to create scalable automation workflows that significantly enhance business productivity.
Essential Job Functions
- Design, test, and deploy advanced RPA solutions using UiPath Studio to streamline business processes. Optimize workflows to automate repetitive tasks and boost operational efficiency. Create comprehensive technical documentation, including process designs and troubleshooting guidelines. - (70%)
- Foster a collaborative environment with team members to design, develop, and implement innovative automation solutions, share expertise and support. - (10%)
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to gather and clarify business process automation requirements. Incorporate stakeholder feedback into the development process to ensure alignment with business expectations. - (10%)
- Engage in training and certification opportunities to enhance skills in RPA and related technologies. - (10%)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
- 2+ years of experience working with UiPath, including Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot
- 2+ years of experience in implementing UiPath and Power Automate solutions
- 2+ years of experience implementing RE Framework for large-scale, complex automation projects
- 2+ years of experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- UiPath Certified RPA Developer UiPath
- Experience in additional automation tools or technologies (e.g., Power Automate)
