This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Bengaluru. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ensure adherence to financial policies and local regulations. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing accurate reports, managing cash flow, and collaborating with various teams to align financial goals with the company's objectives. The Finance Manager will also play a pivotal role in developing strategies for financial growth and efficiency while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely tax compliance.

• Strong proficiency in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Experience with Financial Reporting, Cash Flow Management, and Tax Compliance
• Solid knowledge of Accounting Principles, Bookkeeping, and Financial Software
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with attention to detail
• Proven ability in Leadership and Team Collaboration
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities
• Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred: CA, CPA, or MBA in Finance)
• Prior experience in the digital marketing or media industry is a plus
