Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Cost Manager/Cost Manager (MEP) located in Bengaluru. The professional in this role will be responsible for providing accurate cost planning, cost control, and project management during various phases of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects. Responsibilities include preparing detailed estimates and budgets, cost tracking and reporting, advising on value engineering opportunities, participating in risk analyses, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project goals are efficiently met.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in cost estimation, cost planning, and construction cost management practices, particularly for MEP systems.
• Proficiency in conducting value management, risk assessments, and expenditure forecasting within large-scale projects.
• Experience in cost engineering of building engineering services, including elemental and functional analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and project teams.
• Proficiency in cost management tools and software.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• A professional membership or certification with MRICS, or an equivalent institution is preferred.
• Previous experience in MEP project cost management for real estate or infrastructure domains is highly desirable.
