Prym Shared Services (PSS) India Private Limited, located in Hyderabad, Telangana, is looking for a Finance Manager to be a part of theirteam. The work will be based out of Hyderabad for William Prym Holding GmbH – PSS's parent company. PSS belongs to the Prym Group based in Germany since 1530 and having locations throughout the world.

THE ROLE

Prym Shared Services is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented candidate for the Finance Manager role to join their growing team. This role requires a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to thrive in an international environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Reporting:

  • Preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with auditors to facilitate external audits and ensure timely completion.
  • Preparation of Annual Budgets & Periodic Forecasts.
  • Monitor and control expenditures to ensure observance to budgetary constraints.
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Accounting & Bookkeeping knowledge is required.

Banking Operations

  • Good knowledge of banking operations is required.
  • Manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
  • Forecast cash requirements and plan for short-term and long-term financial needs.

Good exposure to statutory activities like:

  • GST & GST refunds.
  • Direct & Indirect Tax.
  • Strictly adhere to deadlines.
  • Employee Income taxes.
  • STPI related work and filings.
  • Transfer pricing knowledge is an added advantage.
  • AR and Invoicing Knowledge.
  • Payroll returns related to PF, PT, ESI, TDS.
  • Closure of month end books with passing of provisional entries.
  • Good knowledge of gratuity workings.

Communication Skills:

  • Good communication skills in local language & English are must.
  • Able to co-ordinate with internal and external stake holders independently.

Software Skills:

  • Zoho Books.
  • SAP Business Planning & Consolidation end user experience is an advantage.
  • Usage of Apollo will be an added advantage.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Professional Competencies (Qualification, Experience & Skills):

  • Master's in finance with 7 to 10 of experience (or) bachelor's in accounting & finance with 10 to 15 of experience is required.
  • Work experience in MNC environment is an added benefit.
