THE ROLE
Prym Shared Services is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented candidate for the Finance Manager role to join their growing team. This role requires a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to thrive in an international environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Reporting:
- Preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors to facilitate external audits and ensure timely completion.
- Preparation of Annual Budgets & Periodic Forecasts.
- Monitor and control expenditures to ensure observance to budgetary constraints.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Accounting & Bookkeeping knowledge is required.
Banking Operations
- Good knowledge of banking operations is required.
- Manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
- Forecast cash requirements and plan for short-term and long-term financial needs.
Good exposure to statutory activities like:
- GST & GST refunds.
- Direct & Indirect Tax.
- Strictly adhere to deadlines.
- Employee Income taxes.
- STPI related work and filings.
- Transfer pricing knowledge is an added advantage.
- AR and Invoicing Knowledge.
- Payroll returns related to PF, PT, ESI, TDS.
- Closure of month end books with passing of provisional entries.
- Good knowledge of gratuity workings.
Communication Skills:
- Good communication skills in local language & English are must.
- Able to co-ordinate with internal and external stake holders independently.
Software Skills:
- Zoho Books.
- SAP Business Planning & Consolidation end user experience is an advantage.
- Usage of Apollo will be an added advantage.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Professional Competencies (Qualification, Experience & Skills):
- Master's in finance with 7 to 10 of experience (or) bachelor's in accounting & finance with 10 to 15 of experience is required.
- Work experience in MNC environment is an added benefit.
