About The Role
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in driving financial operations, reporting, and business insights for NeuroDiscovery AI. The role will collaborate closely with the Strategic Finance, Operations, and U.S. leadership teams to ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end financial operations, including monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze management reports, financial statements, and forecasts.
- Partner with business and leadership teams to monitor budget vs. actuals and key financial metrics.
- Responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing monthly MIS and reports to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Support the Strategic Finance team in modeling, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Coordinate with external accountants for compliance, filings, and audits.
- Assist with vendor payments, contract reviews, and expense controls.
- Implement and improve financial processes and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Support fundraising, due diligence, and board reporting processes as needed.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA or MBA preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Tableau or similar tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
