Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and cash flow management across our IT services, staffing, and GCC operations. The role requires strong financial control, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
  • Prepare and review P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements
  • Ensure accurate MIS reporting for leadership and stakeholders
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis

Compliance & Statutory

  • Ensure compliance with Indian statutory & regulatory requirements
  • GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax
  • Coordinate with CA, auditors, and tax consultants
  • Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and assessments
  • Ensure timely filing of returns and regulatory reports

Cash Flow & Working Capital

  • Manage cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital
  • Oversee invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and expense controls
  • Improve cash conversion cycles and financial efficiency

Business & Strategic Support

  • Support leadership in financial planning, pricing, and profitability analysis
  • Assist in GCC financial models, cost structures, and client proposals
  • Provide financial insights for new business, expansions, and investments
  • Support fundraising, valuation, and M&A activities (if applicable)

Team & Process Management

  • Lead and mentor finance and accounts team
  • Improve finance processes, controls, and automation
  • Implement and manage financial systems / ERP tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
  • CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
  • 610 years of experience in finance & accounting
  • Strong knowledge of Indian taxation & compliance
  • Experience in IT services / Staffing / GCC financial models
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, accounting software, ERP systems
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing multi-entity or international operations
  • Exposure to US / Middle East finance & compliance
  • Experience in SaaS / product company finance
  • Knowledge of transfer pricing and intercompany accounting
