About The Role
As Manager - Finance, you will lead month-end closures, ensure accurate financial reporting under Ind AS and IFRS, and manage audits end-to-end. You'll drive process improvements, and ensure tax compliance. The role requires a proactive CA with strong financial and reporting expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage month-end financial close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead and guide the finance team to drive deliverables and maintain high standards of execution.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS and IFRS in all financial reporting and accounting processes.
- Review and finalize financial statements, reconciliations, and key reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and auditors for seamless reporting and group audits.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to drive efficiency and automation.
- should be proficient in Direct & Indirect Taxes. Working knowledge of Global Taxes is preferred
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 45 years of post-qualification experience.
- Solid working knowledge of IFRS and Ind AS.
- Strong command over financial close processes and reporting.
- Experience in leading a small team or managing workstreams within finance.
- Should have worked in Big 4 statutory audit or in a SaaS company.
- Should have experience managing audits end-to-end.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
