Experience: 8+ yrs.

• EPC / Infrastructure / Construction industry experience preferred

Summary: The Finance & Accounts Manager will lead financial and accounting operations for EPC projects, ensuring accurate reporting, statutory compliance, effective cash‑flow management, and project margin control. The role works closely with Project, Commercial, and Management teams to support business performance.

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Manage end‑to‑end finance & accounts operations including GL, AR/AP, closures, and reporting
• Handle EPC project accounting, revenue recognition (POC), WIP, unbilled revenue, and retention
• Monitor project profitability, budgets, and cost controls
• Manage cash flow, working capital, billing, receivables, and banking (BGs, LCs)
• Ensure compliance with direct & indirect taxation and statutory requirements
• Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits
• Prepare MIS and management reports
• Lead and supervise the finance & accounts team
