Role: Finance Manager

Location: Koregaon Park, Pune (In-Office)

InCommon is hiring on behalf of an EPC firm that conceptualizes, designs, and delivers turnkey solutions for Indian industry. Operating across four verticals Defence Systems, Industrial Technologies, Affordable Housing, and Cybersecurity Altair identifies industry problems and builds end-to-end solutions to solve them, often becoming the OEM in the process.

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to own the finance and banking function as we scale across our verticals. This is a high-ownership, in-office role based in Koregaon Park, Pune.

What you'll do

• Manage banking relationships CC limits, term loans, working capital, LC/BG
• Handle corporate financing, capital structure, and treasury
• Ensure statutory compliance GST, TDS, ROC, RBI, FEMA
• Prepare MIS, financial statements, and cash flow reports
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and legal teams
• Lead budgeting and financial planning

What we're looking for

• CA preferred; MBA Finance considered
• 810 years of corporate finance experience
• Strong banking and financing knowledge
• Hands-on with ERP systems (SAP / Tally or equivalent)
• High ownership, able to work independently
