Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager, located in Mumbai. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks include financial planning, analysis, and managing accounting processes to support business growth. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for providing strategic financial insights to the senior management team.

Qualifications

• Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• CA Qualified
• Experience in financial analysis and preparing financial reports
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, and financial regulations
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA is advantageous
