Role Description

The Deputy Manager Finance role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves managing financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. Key tasks include preparing financial statements, handling tax-related activities, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze financial data, and supporting strategic business decisions. The individual will also be responsible for cost analysis, budgeting, and identifying potential financial risks to aid in business growth and development.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements and managing tax-related activities
• Knowledge of compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
• Skills in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial risk assessment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in financial tools, ERP systems, and software-related technologies
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are a plus
• Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is highly desirable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
