Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Mumbai & Singapore. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company, preparing budgets, managing financial reporting, analyzing financial trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role includes developing strategies for financial growth, managing cash flows, and supporting senior management with key financial data to aid decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Risk Management, and Accounting principles
• Experience in Strategic Planning, Cost Management, and Investment Analysis
• Knowledge of Taxation, Compliance, and Auditing processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills
• CA, CPA, or MBA in Finance is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role within the agricultural or supply chain industry is a plus
• Strong organizational skills to handle high volumes of work efficiently
