Position: Finance Manager
Location: IICC, Delhi
Qualification:CA preferred; MBA (Finance) may also be considered
Experience: 6-10+ years in Finance, preferably in hospitality, events, catering, or large-scale service operations.
Role Overview
The Finance Manager will oversee and manage all finance and accounting operations for the IICC unit, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, cost control, and timely reporting. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical ability, business partnering skills, and experience in managing multi-functional financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for the IICC unit.
- Track financial performance and prepare variance analysis reports.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
Costing & Controls
- Monitor cost structures, overheads, and inventory management.
- Implement internal financial controls to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Evaluate costing for events, catering operations, and service offerings.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to taxation norms, statutory compliance, and audit readiness.
- Maintain updated documentation as per company financial policies.
Business Partnering
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and senior management for financial planning.
- Support commercial negotiations, contracts, and pricing strategies.
- Drive financial discipline across departments.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a small finance team at the unit.
- Ensure high-quality performance, accuracy, and timely task completion.
Desired Candidate Profile
- CA (preferred) or MBA (Finance) with strong technical knowledge.
- Experience in hospitality, events, catering, facilities management, or large service setups is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and financial systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
